The President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi has questioned the timing of bribery allegations allegedly made by Black Stars goalie Richard Kingston.Kingson made the shocking revelation on the said Network, Emmanuel TV to rebuff claims that his wife was a witch and had cast spells on him that had rendered him the goalie impotent. He used the opportunity to defend his wife who he she said convinced him to reject a whopping $300,000 bribe ahead of Ghana’s game against the Czech Republic in Germany 2006 World Cup.“I also heard of these allegations and wondered why he chose to make these revelations at this time. The question is why did he not reveal it to us at that time for something to be done about it?", said Mr. Nyantakyi"On the other hand, if this did happen, then it is very unfortunate as FIFA is striving to rid the Sport of these greedy individuals and betting agencies who continue to damage the reputation of the sport.”Kingson has been in the news for the wrong reasons in the last few days and this latest comment will definitely keep him in the public eye for sometime
