Ghana's position in the October edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking released Wednesday remains unchanged from the previous month of September.
The Black Stars are still placed 31st on the overall table despite gaining 8 points more to take their accumulation to 722 points.
The October edition of the ranking took into account 136 matches played over the past month, 76 of which were 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil qualifiers.
However, Mali's surge on the ranking table has seen the Black Stars who play Malawi in the return leg of the final round of qualifying for the 2013 African Nations Cup, slip to fourth on the continental table. Ivory Coast are still leaders followed by Algeria and Mali in that order.
Spain are still tops with Germany second and Portugal beating England to third on the world ranking table.
