Some patrons of the first mini-clinic of the Joy News/Western World Properties Habitat Fair say the fair has afforded them the opportunity to close deals on purchasing a house sooner than later.
The fair is aimed at bringing together key industry players in the housing and construction sector to answer key questions on the housing industry.
The 2018 event is preceded by mini habitat fair clinics. Scores of patrons at this weekend’s mini fair told Joy News they want more of such fairs in the future.
“We want more of such programmes and I commend Joy News for making this happen because a lot of people grow old and still have to deal with the inconveniences of renting a house,” one of the patrons told Joy News’ Gifty Andoh Appiah Sunday.

“Hopefully I will be at the next mini fair and the main one as well,” he added.
The second mini fair comes off at the West Hills Mall in Accra on August 11-12 which will then be followed with the main fair from September 7-9 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
