West Ham United have confirmed their record signing Andre Ayew will not undergo a surgery following his thigh injury.
The club has stated that they expect the Ghana international to be out not more than three months as against the initial four months.
Ayew picked up a thigh injury on his debut league game for West Ham against Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge last two weeks.
The 26-year old completed a three-year move worth £20.5 million from Swansea to become the club's record signing.
