Born Nana Wiafe Asante-Mensah, Asem disclosed in an interview with Myjoyonline.com that he is a native of Kwahu, schooled there, and since he has never performed on 'home grounds', he is seizing the opportunity – Easter festivities - to treat his fans to some good music.
