The highly influential Akan-language current affairs show, ‘Ekosiisen’ on Asempa 94.7 FM, under the Multimedia Media Group Limited, has been crowned the ‘Radio Programme of The Year, 2024’ at the 36th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG).
The flagship programme of The Multimedia Group Limited's Asempa FM received the industry's highest recognition at a glittering ceremony held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, solidifying its position as Ghana's most authoritative and engaging political and social talk show.

This monumental victory elevates ‘Ekosiisen’ to an elite status, marking the fourth time the programme has won the prestigious CIMG Radio Programme of the Year award, a feat unprecedented in its category.
The programme has now triumphed in this category for the performance years corresponding to 2018, 2020, 2023, and now 2024, demonstrating an unwavering dominance within the industry.
The CIMG Governing Council’s citation praised ‘Ekosiisen’ for its compelling and proactive contribution to national discourse, particularly its role in holding duty-bearers accountable in the lead-up to the 2024 general elections.
The ceremony celebrated 'Ekosiisen' for its innovative format, successfully blending deep-dive political analysis with relatable, human-interest current affairs.
