Italy and Liverpool striker, Mario Balotelli, has praised the Black Stars for their outstanding game on Sunday despite losing to Ivory Coast at the finals of the AFCON 2015.
Posting on his Instagram page, the Ghanaian-born striker said he was “proud of my original country".
The 24-year, who chose to play for Italy ahead of Ghana, said the Black Stars gave everything and deserved a win.
He added that all supporters of the Black Stars were proud of the team.
