Brooklyn's superstar dad David hung up his boots at the weekend but his 14-year-old son looks to be following the family 's footballing path. Chelsea offered Brooklyn a trial earlier this season, while he was in the LA Galaxy youth team when the Beckhams lived in America. Beckham Snr has just finished a spell at Paris Saint-Germain and QPR is the closest side to his west London home, which makes it an ideal destination for the teen starlet. Brooklyn will play for the under-14 academy side and, never ones to miss a trick, bookmakers Paddy Power have already started compiling odds on junior Becks playing for England.
