MNet’s hit show, Big Brother Africa is on the lookout for the freshest and hottest music across Africa to play in the Big Brother house from May 1 when the new season of the reality show starts.
MNet is calling out to producers of Ghanaian music to submit CD’s of their music to the Multichoice Ghana office to be forwarded to the show’s producers, Endemol, to evaluate for airplay.
The selection will be based on how relevant the music is to the show and how it may be used to set a mood in the house.
Multichoice Ghana General Manager, Cecil Sunkwa-Mills explained that, “we at Multichoice Ghana would like to promote any opportunity that showcases our country Ghana and this is an excellent opportunity for Ghanaian musicians to get exposure and airplay across the continent to a targeted, captive audience.”
Running for 91 days and 24/7 with a dream grand prize of USD 200 000, the sixth season of Africa’s biggest reality show, Big Brother Amplified, according to organizers, will include more drama, emotions, excitement and suspense.
