Berekum Chelsea in-form Striker Emmanuel Clottey has set an 18-goal target in this season’s CAF Champions league mini league phase.
The Black Stars striker is hoping his goals will propel Berekum Chelsea to this season’s Caf Champions league title in the club’s maiden appearance.
Emmanuel Clottey has scored nine goals already in five matches and that is the reason why Chelsea are on top Group B leaving combined 15 title holders in Zamalek and Ah Ahly of Egypt and TP Mazembe after the opening round of games.
Clottey who is currently leading the goal scoring chart with nine goals believes he can compete with experienced strikers like Razak Omotoyosi of Zamalek and Aboutrika of Egypt to the goal king title by scoring a minimum of 18 goals.
“I know myself and I believe I can do it with the help of my team mates”. He told JOY Sports.
“I’m grateful to God for how far he has brought the team. I am ready to score more goals and I believe I can get 18.”
