Hearts Of Oak's Winful Cobbinah has been crowned MTN FA Cup's most valuable player for the 2016/17 season.
Despite losing the cup to Asante Kotoko, Cobbinah received the top award beating close competitor Sadick Adams, whose three goals in the final helped the Porcupine Warriors thump the Phobians.
''I came back to Ghana to relaunch my career and I am happy with how things are going.
I am happy for the award but there are more to be grabbed so I'm keeping my head up,'' An excited Cobbinah told the press.
Adams, however, picked up the top scorer award alongside Raphael Ocoloo of Okyeman Planners. Both players produced a combined 10 goals.
Former Kotoko boss Steve Polack was adjudged the best coach. He beat off competition from erstwhile Hearts coach Frank Nuttal.
