Cristiano Ronaldo will meet with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez on Thursday to discuss his situation at the Liga champions.
The Portugal international revealed ahead of the international break that he is unhappy with life at the Santiago Bernabeu side for professional reasons, and much has since been said and written about the reasons for his apparent sadness.
However, although the 27-year-old has insisted that his unhappiness has nothing to do with money, it remains unknown as of yet what is responsible for his current state of mind.
Ronaldo returned to Madrid on Wednesday after his international commitments with Portugal, and had a two-hour long, face-to-face meeting with head coach Jose Mourinho before finding his way to the training pitch.
He will now meet with Perez as well, to further clarify his point of view as Madrid seek a solution to the prolific attacker's dismay.
