The lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the ongoing election petition hearing at the Supreme Court, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata will continue his cross-examination of the second petitioner Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah Monday.
Tsatsu Tsikata is expected to sort his pink sheets into groups to speed up the trial.
The presiding judge Justice William Atuguba gave the directive last week because the NDC lawyers asked questions based on single pink sheets.
Mr. Tsikata has been criticised variously by some New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwarts concerning his cross-examination style of Dr Bawumiah.
Tsikata has been bashed for asking questionings on single pink sheets despite the court’s directive for the grouping of similar documents.
But Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has said Mr Tsikata’s style is faultless.
The Minister said that “Tsatsu is trying to clear a mess” caused by the petitioners in the evidence submitted to the Court.
However Executive Director at the Dankwah Institute Gabby Otchere Darko says Dr. Bawumiah is not cowered by Tsatsu's tactics.
