The founder and leader of Victory Centre International and Ernest Owusu Ministries, Reverend Ernest Owusu, has revealed the inspiration behind the highly patronized program known as “Career Breakthrough.”
Speaking to the church’s media team in the UK, Reverend Ernest Owusu explained that the idea behind the programme is to create a dedicated platform where people in the corporate space can secure spiritual and practical answers to the key challenges confronting them at the workplace.
He noted that, in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, many workers become so consumed by their jobs and the pursuit ofexcellence in the workplace creates challenges that sometimes put off these individuals.
Reverend Ernest Owusu emphasized that the “Career Breakthrough” conference was birthed cure this challenge by offering both spiritual and practical lessons to guide these workers.
He stated that the service provides workers with a valuable opportunity to meet reputable leaders and personnel in the corporate space to address their concerns and seek God’s intervention in their issues
He noted that a key feature of the program is to enable the corporate workers to adopt the double approach of praying to God for direction, employment opportunities, career growth, and other related needs and also learning from the experiences of highly successful people.
He also spoke about the “Ask the Prophet” conference, a specially designed event that allows participants to have in-depth, personal conversations with him about their life struggles and to seek spiritual guidance and direction.
The conference may also provide opportunities for networking and connecting with like-minded individuals.
Overall, the event is designed to be a transformative experience, helping attendees navigate life’s challenges and make informed, faith-guided decisions.
