The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) has announced the President of the Badminton Association of Ghana, Evans Kojo Yeboah, as the Chef de Mission for the Youth Olympic Games.
Yeboah, who is also the Treasurer of GOC, will be responsible for leading the Ghanaian delegation at the games, which are scheduled for next year in Senegal.
He will also be in charge of ensuring the welfare and well-being of the athletes when they travel to Senegal for the games between October 30 and November 13, 2026.
“We are looking forward to supporting our athletes and officials for these games,” a statement from the GOC said as they also revealed the upcoming schedule for the rest of the year and next year.
