Finance Minister, Dr. Kwabena Dufuor has challenged the Minority in Parliament to prove their claim that the 2012 supplementary budget does not add up.The Minority insists there is a fundamental discrepancy between the specific sector estimates captured in the budget and the total amount of 2.6 billion cedis requested.The finance ministry confirmed last night that it has recalled the document distributed to MPs for correction.But Dr. Dufuor maintains the corrections have nothing to do with the actual estimates.
