Apostle Sam Korankye Ankrah, General Overseer of the Royal House Chapel International, has called on Christians to honour their leaders, so that they could receive the blessings of God.
He said there was power and blessings in rewarding those who had worked hard to uplift the image of the Church.
Apostle Ankrah made the call in a sermon at a special church service dubbed "Celebration of Quality Service", to honour founder of the Calvary Apostolic Revival Church, Apostle Daniel Kwame Saforo, at La in Accra.
The church conferred the title "Most Honourable" on Apostle Saforo and donated cash and items to him for his meritorious service to the Church.
Apostle Ankrah, who presented a cheque for the purchase of a car for Apostle Saforo, reminded Christians that the covenant of protection, favour and blessings established between God and Abraham transcends all generations.
Rev. Ankrah asked Christians to pray for the fulfillment of God in their lives.
The Chairman of the Church, Rev. Ishmael Anum Sai said good and dedicated people should always be rewarded.
He said people who passionately do God's work, reap benefits and asked Apostle Saforo to bring his expertise to bear on the Ghana Pentecostal Council.
Rev. Sai asked the youth to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them in their desire to proclaim the word of God.
The La Mantse, Nii Kpobi Tettey-Tsuru commended Apostle Saforo for his dedication to the Church and advised Christians to proclaim the glory of God.
Apostle Saforo commended the Church for honouring him.Source: GNA
