One of Ghana’s best contemporary dancers Nana Akwasi Agyeman aka Geman alias G’Love says he will never record a secular song again. According to Gemann his calling from God is to minister using gospel music. The entertainer turned evangelist talking to Hitz FM from his US base, spoke about his new album dubbed G14 indicating that title is based on the 14 years he spent behind bars at the Nsawam prison. Gemann told Hitz FM that his gospel debut features some talented gospel singers based in the Netherlands. He noted that “gospel music itself is a gift from God and that is the best gift God can give me so I don’t see God giving me any gift apart from giving me his word to minister because it is His word that has life….I don’t see any other form of music that will bring life or inspiration to you. Gemann is currently based in Dallas, Texas in the United States where he runs an internet operation - G Love Radio and God’sbiz TV in addition to his pastoral duties. As to when he intends returning to Ghana, this is what he had to say: “I don’t have any immediate plans of coming to Ghana because I have lots and lots of invitations to minister here and that is taking the greater part of my life right now but God willing, I will come at the right time. The 46 year old minister of God was convicted of murder at the height of his career in 1995 along with popular actor Jagger Pee. After 14 years in prison, he was released after a Presidential pardon by President Kufuor in 2009.
