At the just ended Ghana comedy awards Romanus Incomplete VI emerged the best comedy event in 2024.
Romanus Incomplete, has found its way into the hearts of Ghanaian families as a tradition of climaxing every year with a rib-cracking, yet artfully crafted comedy event which is better qualified as an experience with all the music, comedy, fine arts and intimate sessions with big brands and companies across Ghana.
The sixth edition was simply a statement. Even before the show will begin the seating capacity of the National Theatre was filled to the brim yet there was an over-filled lobby of comedy patrons with their cash in hand and eagerness in their eyes to be allowed to have this experience.
Organisers, National Theatre Management and security authorities were overwhelmed by the situation, to the extent that the proposed on the spot mitigation was to get patrons onto the stage to be able to enjoy too.
It is therefore not much of a surprise that the organizers of Ghana Comedy Awards deemed it fit to decorate Romanus Incomplete with such honour.
Upon this publication's reach out to team Romanus, they assure Ghanaians that this plaque will be the motivation to make this year even bigger and better to send a global message that Ghanaian comedy is coming to them.
