The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is dissatisfied with FIFA’s decision to allow Cairo to host the return leg fixture of the Black Stars duel against Egypt on November, 19.

FIFA announced Wednesday that the World Cup play-off between Egypt and Ghana will go ahead in Cairo despite Ghana's request for next month's game should be moved to a neutral venue.

The Ghana Football Association raised concerns over the security situation in the Egyptian capital, as it pushed the world football's governing body to find "a safe and secure venue" for the November 19 return leg game.

But FIFA in response to the GFA confirmed Cairo as the venue for the second leg match following a recent visit by its security inspection delegation after writing to Egypt to provide the sport body with guarantees on the security situation for next month's tie.

GFA president, Kwesi Nyantakyi said on Sports Night on Asempa FM: “The Ghana Football Association is not satisfied with the Cairo return leg venue".

"We all know that it is not safe to play in Egypt but FIFA has assured us of providing adequate security so we’ll go and play.

“We will talk to the players to put fears behind them and I believe Ghana will win in Cairo without Egypt even scoring a goal.”

On the recent speculation that the GFA is looking forward to employ a technical director for the Black Stars, Mr. Nyantakyi said the GFA is not in a rush to appoint any expatriate coach to aid head coach Kwesi Nyantakyi.

“The GFA has not decided on employing any foreign coach and the Sports Ministry has not also alerted the FA on such an issue,” Nyantakyi said.

“Let’s focus on the Egypt game and forget about those rumors. The GFA is ready to give assistance to coach Kwesi Appiah if he needs help but as it stands now, there is nothing like recruiting a coach.”
