Ghana international Yaw Yeboah finished his 2023 Major League Soccer season in style as Columbus Crew beat Los Angeles FC to win the Audi Cup.
The 26-year-old scored the winning goal of the evening as the Crew claimed a 2-1 win to win the MLS Cup on Saturday.
Yeboah started on the night for his team one week after their win over FC Cincinnati to claim the MLS Eastern Conference title.

Playing in the left wing-back role, the Ghanaian got things clicking for his side after 30 minutes as his cross into the box resulted in a handball with the Crew eventually getting a penalty.
Cucho Hernandez converted the resulting advantage to give Wilfried Nancy's men a deserving lead.

Yeboah doubled the lead four minutes later as he was found in space by a ridiculous pass from Malte Amundsen before beating the LAFC goalkeeper from close range.
Columbus Crew went into the break the better side and were two goals to be good in the final of the Audi Cup.
Yeboah almost scored his second of the night after the recess but his little dink over the goalkeeper was cleared off the line by an onrushing defender with the score staying 2-0.
Denis Bouanga gave LAFC a lifeline after reducing the deficit in the 74th minute but it wasn't enough for them as they ended up on the losing side with a 2-1 score.
The triumph on Saturday night sees Yeboah end a brilliant 2023 season which saw him contribute directly to nine goals in the MLS.
He joins Jonathan Mensah and Harrison Afful as the Ghanaians to have won the MLS Cup with Columbus Crew with the two doing so in 2020.
