Togbui Kotoku XI, Paramount Chief of Kpenoe, at the weekend called on Ghanaians to desist from constantly finding fault with the government. He noted that instead, everyone should work hard to support the government to implement its programmes. Togbui Kotoku, who is also an evangelist, was speaking at a special “Fathers’ Day” session of the Men’s Fellowship of Jubilee Christian Centre in Ho. He noted that many people had left their productive work and were busily looking for mistakes with the government and others in authority, bemoaning such an attitude. Togbui Kotoku, therefore, charged fathers to sit up as heads of their families and work hard towards the rapid socio-economic development of the country rather than murmuring and calling into radio programmes to complain. “Criticism is not that bad, but the way all of us, especially opposition parties, constantly find fault with ruling governments is not the best”, he insisted. Togbui Kotoku observed that Christians were the worst offenders; constantly judging others instead of praying for them, and urged them to repent. “Judgment belongs to God.
