The Corporate Relations Director of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, Mr. Gabriel Opoku-Asare has presented 40 cases of assorted products from Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited to the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG).
The presentation was made towards the organization of the 41st SWAG Awards Night scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the State Banquet Hall, Accra.
The drinks were received by the President of SWAG, Mr. Kwabena Yeboah at a short ceremony at the Guinness Achimota Brewery site, Accra.
Mr. Gabriel Opoku-Asare expressed the company’s delight in supporting SWAG Awards Nite, an event the brewery giant has been supporting for a very long time. He added that GGBL is committed in creating sustainable livelihood and sports also provide career opportunities for the youth in the country.
Mr. Kwabena Yeboah thanked Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited for the kind gesture and recounted the strong relationship that has existed between Guinness and SWAG, which span over a decade.
