Herbalife Nutrition has shared some fitness tests for consideration as home workout routines among individuals.
Five fitness tests; including kick ups, planks, dance, hula hoops and touching the toes, improves muscle and joint suppleness, relieves lower back pain and improves posture.
Exercising at home, however, can quickly become boring; especially if you’re doing the same workouts every day.
These fun fitness challenges will help shake up the exercising regimen of many individuals, putting their athletic skills to the test and injecting some fun into home workout routines.
These exercises are simple but effective in providing a varied work out while enjoying the benefits of staying physically active.
Just two weeks of trying these challenges makes great impact. Staying physically active is paramount in keeping the body healthy.
Individuals can choose to do the Five Fitness Challenges by themselves or start a mini tournament with friends over video calls. The aim is to constantly practice, have fun and strengthen the body.
A recommendation around hula looping for at least 10 minutes each day will aid to burn fat and strengthen the back.
Not only is it fun to do, but it’s a fantastic cardio workout that can burn as much fat as running on a treadmill. It also improves your mobility while toning your abs, obliques, hips and lower back
