The Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, has said that the issues hampering the development of sports in the country can be resolved with intentional leadership.
Yaw Ampofo Ankrah was one of the guest speakers at Thursday's JoySports National Dialogue.
"The good news is that we have the brains and the people to make the changes. The challenge has been the willingness to cross that line and to make the changes."
Ampofo Ankrah, who was speaking on the theme of governance, disclosed that his outfit will follow a government roadmap for sports development.
"There's a roadmap and if we follow that roadmap, we will clearly be able to see what we need to do to see a clear direction for growth."
