Eyram Gbloenanoagbe, 6, a kindergarten pupil, was on Wednesday hit and killed by a speeding Accra-Aflao bound saloon car at Afife, near Abor.An eye-witness told the Ghana News Agency that about 1600 hours, the victim closed from school and together with other siblings went to see their mother off to Accra.He said while crossing the highway back home, soon after his mother boarded a vehicle and left, little Gbloenanogbe was hit by the car.The witness said the victim’s elder sister managed to jump to safety with another younger sibling she was carrying.A source close to the Akatsi police investigating the accident said, the driver in charge of the saloon car, whose name was not given, was in police custody, while the body of Eyram, has been deposited at the Sacred Heart Hospital morgue at Abor.
