Kosmos Energy should be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange by the end of March next year.
The oil exploration firm was originally hoping to list last month, but was unable to so.
Officials explain there are few knotty issues that still need to be resolved.
Kosmos wants to raise 50 million dollars from the offer and IC securities and Databank are the sponsoring brokers.
Joy Business has learnt, just like the Tullow offer, officials are keen on having ordinary Ghanaians buy into the company.
It is therefore expected that retail investors rather than institutional investors would be given preference.
