Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have joined the race to sign former Ghana Under-20 defender Daniel Addo.
Addo refused to extend his contract with King Faisal and can now join a new club as a free agent.
The two-parties failed to reach an agreement over finances and the centre-back has now decided to look elsewhere.
Sources say Kotoko are keen to lure the central defender to their fold to help them wrestle the title from champions, Aduana Stars.
Addo was regular member of the Ghana side that won the 2009 World Under-20 Championship in Egypt.
