Hearts of Lions striker Gilbert Fiamenyo has promised to annex this season's premier league top scorer boots after winning gold at the All Africa Games in Maputo.
The 21year old led the national U-23 side the Black Meteors to pick gold in the men's football final in the Maputo Games.
The bulky striker is delighted that the coach who discovered him, Paa Kwesi Fabian has returned to Heart of Lions for the new season.
Paa Kwesi Fabien trained the team for the first time yesterday following a return after four years and one of his success stories at the Kpando based club, Gilbert Fiamenyo kept scoring to propel the club season after season.
The striker nearly joined his mentor at Hearts of Oak two seasons ago to keep the relationship active but a return by the 2009 Ghana coach of the year is good news to Fiamenyo, "I am happy he will teach me more tricks to handle defenders and this will be easy for me to win the goal king" he told JOY Sports.
Fiamenyo had earlier on refused a GH70,000 cedis offer from Accra Hearts of Oak.
