Modern Auto Services (MAS), official dealers of Tata passenger vehicles, has given its maiden Tata customers a free 1 year after-sales service.
The lucky recipients of the reward were, Mr. Magnus Asiedu, Mr. Carl Reindorf and Mr. Kumi Korsah who were the first to purchase the Tata Manza, Ace and Aria respectively.
The announcement was made during the vehicle delivery ceremony at MAS where the keys to the vehicles were handed to the customers.
In a remark, Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni, Chief Executive Officer of MAS, noted that MAS has invested heavily on human resource development and a state-of-the-arts workshop which has the capacity to promote good after-sales service to safeguard the good name Ghanaians have for the Tata brand.
Present at the short ceremony were top delegation from Tata Motors, including Mr. Tami Mbele, Managing Director of Tata Africa Holdings; Mr. Johnny Oommen, Head of the Passenger Vehicle Unit, Tata Motors; Mr. Xavier Gobille, Executive Director Auto and Allied Tata Africa Holdings and Mr. Brian Steenamp, Regional Sub Sahara Africa.
Later in an interview Mr. Johnny Oomen expressed delight at customer response, which he described as impressive.
Modern Auto Services (MAS) has been appointed as a dealer for Tata vehicle range which comprises The Vista hatch and Manza sedan, Aria SUV and Sumo Utility Vehicle, Xenon pick up and Ace 0.7 ton load carrier
With this partnership Modern Auto will provide local sales and service in Accra and other parts of the country.
MAS currently has an 18-bay ultra -modern workshop and showroom at Graphic road in Accra, and will also render sales and service at Tamale, Takoradi and Kumasi.
