Black Stars head coach Milovan Rajevac has told his strikers to increase their work rate ahead of the African Nations Championship in Ivory Coast which begins on Sunday.
Strikers Kojo Poku, Stephen Manu, Francis Mantey and Yaw Antwi failed to impress the Serbian trainer during their one-week stay in the Western Region.
"They need to be in their right frame of psyche and have to know the importance of this tournament.They must score for us to win," Rajevac told Ghanasoccernet.com
The local squad finalize their preparations in Sekondi on Thursday and are due in Bouake later on Friday.
The team had beaten Premier League side Sekondi Eleven Wise 1-0 on Tuesday and drawn one-all with division One side Metro FC on Thursday.
Ghana will play Zimbabwe in the Group B opener on Monday in Bouake before games against Libya and DR Congo.
