The 2010 Miss Ghana contestants over the weekend thrilled fans at the BO-16 and MWK’s night of fashion and style at the Beach Gardens of the Labadi Beach Hotel. And if the excellent performances put up by all twenty finalists, is any measure of how the grand final on the 30th of October at the Accra International Conference Centre will feel like, then a never-to-be-forgotten night awaits us. With a mix of technique, elegance and subtle traces of afro-centrism, interlaced with great musical performances by Nii (Joe), Fritz and GH’s hottest R&B crooner CHASE, there was never a dull moment. The ambience of the green lushes of the Beach Gardens of the Labadi Beach Hotel set the tone for a night that was billed to be classy. One after the other, all twenty girls took to the beautifully crafted runway to strut off their vital statistics whilst parading some amazing hairstyles, jewelry and smashing clothing outfits courtesy the event’s impressive line-up of designers. Given the fact that the day was used to officially outdoor the finalists to their sponsors and other stakeholders, it was just the perfect time for all twenty girls including Stephanie Karikari, Barira Musah, Esther Gadagbui, Ayisha Munkaila, Asi Addo-Yobo, Daisy Asare-Akoto, Linda Annansey, Ida Seidu and Michelle Ayonka. And the rest, Pokua Agyemang-Badu, Phyllis Nuno, Felicia Tawiah, Frances Nyamikeh, Nadra Osman, Chantell Dapaah, Rita Dawugbo, Joyce Aziabah, Selma Baba, Bernice Bekoe and Yaa Bema Adu-Gyamfi to prove to the smartly-dressed and highly corporate audience that, their investments haven’t gone waste.
