More than seventy (70) customers of Ecobank Ghana have been rewarded in the second draw of the bank’s Double Salary Promo in Kumasi.
The three-month promo is meant to enhance customer satisfaction in the delivery of services.
The Double Salary Promotion started in January this year.
It is aimed at rewarding existing and new salaried account holders, who receive their salaries through Ecobank within the first quarter of 2022.
Eligible accounts are existing savings or current account holders who receive their monthly salaries through Ecobank or new customers who open and receive their salaries through the newly introduced Ecobank Salary Account within the promotion period.
Head Consumer Product for Ecobank, Kate Thompson believes this promotion is very critical to enhance customer satisfaction.
The promotion is part of measures to appreciate its customers for being loyal to the bank as well as draw new customers to do businesses with them.
The draw for the three-month double salary promo is held under the supervision of the National Lotteries Authority.
The last draw will be held in April.
Officials say the draws are being held during special occasions - first draw was held in February during the Valentine's Day, second draw was on Independence Day in March, the last draw is scheduled for April during the Easter festivities.
