MTN Pulse in partnership with Stanbic Bank has organized an intensive digital training for 80 young entrepreneurs at a day's workshop at the Stanbic Bank head office in Accra.
The training workshop, which is the maiden edition marks the beginning of a partnership between the two companies to shape the future of the youth by equipping them with essential tools and digital skills needed to excel in a dynamic world.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Senior Manager of Segment Marketing at MTN, Nana Asantewaa Amegashie said the collaboration between Stanbic Bank and MTN Pulse goes beyond a partnership but a reflection of their shared vision of sustainable youth empowerment in Ghana.
“We are excited to support you, through our MTN Pulse platforms and initiatives like the 'JustBe Series,’ Business Challenge and the skills academy" Nana Asantewaa Amegashie noted.
She said the partnership is committed to empowering the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders adding that they believe in the potential of the participants, and for that reason the collaboration will ensure that they are not just participants in the digital economy but key players driving its success.
Other speakers for the day included Hary Opoku Agyemang, the Head of Personal Banking at Stanbic Bank, Noel Ganson, Chief Commercial Officer, Eben Terkpe, MTN Foundation, Forster Kplomdo, MTN Business and  Emmanuel Gamor of MTN Digital.
