The fair which is under the theme: “Plan. Execute. Regulate” promises to provide a one-stop shop to everything housing in Takoradi throughout the three days of the fair.

Chief Operating Officer of Multi TV, Santokh Singh, said “the call for value adding professionalism and proper enforcement of policies of property acquisition from the housing sector has never been greater.
“It is a fact that through proper education, and enforcement of laws, individuals, organisations and society as a whole can sustainably achieve the ultimate goal”, he added.
General Manager in Charge of Mortgage and Consumer Loans at HFC Bank Charles Bonsu, in commenting on the fair said in moving the country forward socio-economically to and create a better Ghana is inextricably linked to property acquisition through strategic mortgaging with the bank.

Habitat fair is projected to bring together decision makers and policy implementers, corporate executives, financial controllers and directors, public sector decision makers, as well as building and construction practitioners from all sectors of Ghana.
It will also feature an array of high-profile and widely sought-after speakers and business leaders in the housing industry.
