Residents at Nungua, a suburb of Accra, in the early hours of Saturday saw a naked man, who they say is a wizard.
The residents believe he might have fallen from the sky while flying over the area.
Eye witnesses alleged the man subsequently confessed when he was confronted that he is a wizard and was flying from Tema to Winneba in the Central Region.
