Former Black Stars player and international footballer, Nii Odartey Lamptey, has finally welcomed his first biological child.
Nii Odartey Lamptey confirmed the birth of his child by his fiancée on BREEZE FM’s afternoon political show ‘Si no pi'.
According to Odartey the birth of his child was exciting news for him and will provide further details in due course.
The former international footballer had recently been in the news when it was disclosed that his children born to him by his wife of twenty years were not his biological kids after a DNA test.
He had suspected the wife, Gloria Lamptey of cheating on him and demanded a DNA test be conducted which confirmed the shocking news.
Gloria is said to have accused Odartey Lamptey of being infertile and alleged, he advised her to go for an artificial insemination.
This led to the dissolution of the marriage.
Odartey Lamptey is currently managing his school, Glow Lamp International.
