The 2023 edition of the 'Nite with the Stars' concert in Kumasi promises to be an all-riveting and thrilling night of electrifying performances by some of Ghana’s best music acts.
Treating revelers to good musical performances will be the legendary love lyricist, Kojo Antwi, alongside the man with the soothing voice and the “Terminator” hitmaker, King Promise.
Kidi the Gal dem sugar, the unrivalled songwriter Kofi Kinaata together with the songbird Akwaboah are set to throw the crowd into a frenzy on the night of December 25.
For an unforgettable night, the performers are gearing up for the event with vigorous and tireless nights of rehearsals.

Promising a good time for the audience, Akwaboah Jnr disclosed he and his team are spending more hours at the studio.
According to the “Obiaa” hitmaker, his experience with the audience during last year’s musical exuded their love for his music.
“I really had fun on stage. I can’t wait to perform again this year. The crowd in Kumasi sang every song of mine back-to-back. Some of my songs are really not out there, you have to be a core fan to know them but the crowd in Kumasi sang them happily. This tells me, my people really love me and everything I do. That’s an energy once it’s positive it gives the artiste the energy to perform. I can’t wait to see them again and party with them,” he told Luv FM.

Akwaboah said he is ready to sweep patrons off their feet with some of his new and old hit songs which are loved by all.
“We’ve been rehearsing for four weeks now. Almost four days in every week just to give the audiences at Kumasi a good treat. We’ve taken this year’s event like the World Cup,” he said.
He added that: “I wish to perform every song of mine on stage. Even if it takes me hours to perform them, once the crowd are ready to enjoy them I will be glad to perform them. But then again we’d have to make way for my colleague musicians to also treat us to good tunes”.
The biggest music jamz for the Christmas season in Oseikrom is slated for December 25 at Rattray Park.
The Christmas Day event is billed to be the biggest concert in the Garden City this yuletide.
The ‘Nite with the Stars’ concert is organised by Rattray Park, Kumasi City, with Luv 99.5FM and Nhyira 104.5 FM as media partners.
