Ghana’s rap sofour, Obrafour who has been in the media for some time now because of his war of words with Okyeame Kwame after the release of the controversial ‘Nkasiebo’ song, has hinted that, he will battle Okyeame Kwame at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, the event venue for the Samini's 'Experience Ghana Tour' concert on Saturday.
Obrafour who is among a long list of music stars to perform at the concert in a studio interaction with Drive Time host, Bola Ray said, he is set to battle Okyeame Kwame on Saturday since the venue is spacious enough to handle the two of them.
There have been several calls for the two to hold a rap battle to prove who the ultimate supreme rap king is.
“Definitely the battle is coming on. We have Accra Stadium (Ohene Djan Sports Stadium); it is spacious and big enough for the battle. That is where it is happening,” Obrafour said.
If these comments are anything to go by, then Okyeame Kwame and the general public’s dream to have these two rap sensations face each other in a rap battle just to prove who the king on the mic is about to be realised.
I guess we have to only wait to see the end results of this much publicised ‘music war’.
