One person believed to be a Fulani herdsman has been killed in the latest attacks in Agogo in the Ashanti region.
Police say two others were severely injured and have been hospitalized.
The incident which occurred at the weekend, comes barely a week after reports that the nomads were returning to the town three weeks after they were relocated.
It also follows similar killing of 13 nomads in the Northern Region by men suspected to be Kokombas.
Kingsley Obeng spokesperson for the Agogo Residents Association told Joy News they are not happy with the return of the nomads in Agogo.
He said they have alerted the security agencies of their return.
But head of police operations at Agogo DSP Obeng Dompra has allayed the fears of the residents.
He confirmed the deceased was a Fulani but could not say who killed him.
He said investigations have started but no suspect has yet been nabbed.
