The early down pour in Accra Thursday morning has resulted in a heavy traffic jam around Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.
Commuters from Achimota, Abeka Lapaz, New Town, North Kaneshie and Odorkor had had to endure the pain of moving at snail pace to get out of the traffic which took over an hour .
The situation is partly blamed on ongoing construction of a new overpass at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle.
