A driver, stops in the middle of a road in Accra, steps out, looks left, looks right - and urinates on the road, using the car door as a shield.
In a style typical of dogs, the man, name unknown, descends into the gutters and uses the road as his private, personal washroom.
The man drives a car, but something else ought to be driving his mind. It's indiscipline from every angle of a circle.
