Conversations over the phenomenon was recently triggered by Statesman, Sam Jonah who blamed the development as one of the reasons why political leaders get away with accountability.
On the back of this, JoyNews PM Express will probe the “Culture of silence: perceived or not?” at 9:00pm.
JoyNews’ Evans Mensah, will host the Executive Director of Media Foundation for West Africa, Sulemana Braimah, Associate Professor of the Department of Communication Studies and Dean of School of Information and Communication Studies of University of Ghana, Prof Audrey Gadzepo and Programmes Manager of Asempa FM and Host of Ekosiisen, Philip Osei Bonsu as they share their thoughts.
