Tonight, PM Express is set to discuss the seeming perception of a gagged media landscape.
Conversations over the phenomenon was recently triggered by Statesman, Sam Jonah who blamed the development as one of the reasons why political leaders get away with accountability.
On the back of this, JoyNews PM Express will probe the “Culture of silence: perceived or not?” at 9:00pm.
