The Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service has arrested one person in connection with recent mysterious deaths of women at Tefle in the Volta Region.It follows the discovery of the latest victim at a public lavatory two days ago.District Chief Executive of South Tongu, Daniel Amelorku told Joy News there are strong indications that the suspect, Sammy Tsatsu is behind the deaths.He described the suspect as an Indian hemp smoker who preys on persons with learning disabilities and morons for sex.The DCE said many bras were found with the suspect and many others items of critical evidentiary value.The latest death brings to six, the number of women who have died under mysterious circumstances in the area in recent times.
