The Accra Regional Police is appealing to individuals, heaIth and herbal treatment facilities in and around Adentan Manhyia, and even beyond to report any person or group of persons who come to seek medical attention for injuries sustained from gunshots, to Police.
Over the weekend, a group of robbers numbering about six attacked a residence in Adentan-Manhya. In exchange of fire with the police, some of the robbers managed to escape with gunshot wounds.
The police is hereby appealing to the general public, especially health workers, to be on high alert and quickly notify the police on any suspected gunshot injury being treated clandestinely in any health facility.
Every information is very important and the police is counting on your sense of shared responsibility in crime fighting.
