The Electoral Commission has given all political parties up to May 31, 2016 to submit details of their audited account.
The Election regulatory body has been criticised in the past for failing to implement the political parties act to the latter.
However, in a statement, the EC said it intends to enforce the law ahead of the November 7 polls.
