Friends and sympathizers have been paying tributes to the late music producer and Accra-based Peace FM presenter, Mufty Dabre. He died on Wednesday in Kumasi after a short illness. Mufty was the Manager of Ghanaian hip-life artists, Ofori Amponsah and Kofi Nti and a member of the Ghana Actors Guild. He starred in the popular Taxi Driver series on Ghana Television. The co-owner of D-Squared Entertainment Productions limited, Mr Francis Doku was the first to share his fond memories of Mufty with Joy News. “He was a partner of mine…he was more than a co-producer…he was one person who wants to get out of his way to help friends. Ofori Amponsah is down.” Mufti will be buried in Kumasi on Thursday afternoon. Our condolences to the bereaved family.
