President John Dramani Mahama has left Accra today for a State visit to the Republic of Turkey.
He will continue from Turkey to Ethiopia to attend the 20th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of States and Governments of the African Union (AU) in Addis Ababa from January 25 to 29.
The visit which is at the invitation of the Turkish President Abdullah Gül is to discuss shared objectives in advancing trade, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
