President J.E.A Mills leaves Accra tomorrow, Saturday, September 10, 2011, for Abuja to attend an ECOWAS mini Summit on the proliferation of arms in the Sub Region in the aftermath of the Ivorian crisis.
Acording to Koku Anyidoho, Head of Communications at the presidency, the Summit will target mainly the flow of arms across the Ivorian and Liberian borders.
President Mills is expected back in Accra the same day.
