Ministers of the Gospel have been urged to remain resolute and steadfast, in order to overcome the machinations of the devil.
Bishop Akwasi Asare Bediako, General Overseer of the Resurrection Power and Living Bread Ministries in the United States, who made the call, reminded Church Leaders that in their bid to serve God faithfully, there would be temptations which they ought to overcome.
Bishop Bediako was preaching at a Thanks-giving service to climax a seven-day transformation season programme organized by the Word of Transformation Chapel (WTC) at Community Nine in Tema, on the theme: Supernatural Transformation.”
The occasion coincided with the re-naming of the Church which was hitherto known as Anointed Word Chapel, and which was founded 11 years ago in Tema by The Reverend Jeremiah Boakye Ansah.
Bishop Bediako commended Rev Ansah for his humility, hard work, sacrifice, dedication and devotion to duty, and urged him not to be complacent, but to strive to win more souls for Christ.
Rev Ansah, Founder and General Overseer, urged Christians to abide in the Word of God because as the light of the world, the Word would be the only means by which their lives could be transformed.
On next year’s general election, he advised Ghanaians to put their trust in Christ, the Prince of Peace, in order for the nation to continue to enjoy peace during and after the polls.
